• Account Information: When you purchase a subscription, we collect your email address and payment information through our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
• License Key: A unique license key is generated for your subscription to activate premium features.
• Support Communications: If you contact us for support, we may collect information provided in your communications.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: We track the number of AI analyses and data exports you perform to enforce usage limits per your subscription tier. This data is tied to an anonymous device identifier, not your personal identity.
• Extension Activity: The extension operates locally in your browser. Product data scraped from Etsy pages is processed temporarily to generate AI analysis and is not permanently stored on our servers.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process your subscription and manage your account
• Enforce usage limits based on your subscription tier

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe: For payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy
• Google Gemini AI: For AI-powered market analysis. Product data sent to the AI API is processed according to Google's terms of service. We do not send your personal data to the AI — only publicly available Etsy listing data.
• Google Sheets API: Used solely to write data to your own Google Sheet at your request. We do not access any other data in your Google account.
• Google Cloud Platform: Our backend API is hosted on Google Cloud. Data is processed in accordance with Google Cloud's data processing terms.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Subscription and usage data is stored securely on Google Cloud Firestore with encryption at rest.
• We use HTTPS for all data transmissions between the extension, our API, and third-party services.
• We implement industry-standard security practices to protect against unauthorized access.

5. Data Retention

• Usage tracking data is reset monthly in accordance with your billing cycle.
• Account information is retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and accounting purposes.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data

7. Cookies

Our landing page does not use cookies for tracking purposes. The Chrome extension uses Chrome's local storage API to store your preferences (language, license key, Google Sheet ID) locally on your device.
